Free for Algebra II teachers
Get an exponential equations color by number. Free.
I'll email you my Solving Exponential Equations color by number. It has 12 equations on two practice pages, an answer bank, a coloring page, an answer key, teacher tips and a photo of the finished picture.
Where should I send it?
I'll send the activity to this email address.
I'm a teacher too. Your email is safe with me.
What teachers ask before they sign up
Is it really free?
Yes. The activity is free and there is no credit card. If you like it, the rest of my activities are in the membership. If you don't, keep it anyway.
Will it fit my students?
It is built for Algebra II. Students solve 12 exponential equations by rewriting both sides with the same base, including fraction bases and negative exponents, then check each answer against the answer bank before they color.
How much work is it on my end?
Almost none. Print the pages and hand them out. The answer bank lets students check their own answers before they color, and the answer key and finished picture make checking quick.
What teachers say
From reviews in my Teachers Pay Teachers store.
“I used this with 8th and 9th grade Alg 1 as a review worksheet when I was gone. It was easy for the students to do on their own as a review. Good variety of problems. Answer key was provided.”
Shannon W
“Self checking and instant feedback and 2 things my high school seniors enjoyed most about this resource. They also loved the word search aspect to take a break from "all the math you made us do all year"”
Kayla M
“Iām glad I purchased this resource! It worked well for my group, and I appreciate the time and care that went into creating it.”
